材料 [牌子] - 可做14-18個鬆餅

 Group A
 480g 中筋麵粉 [Fig 1 Five Roses]
 4tsp 泡打粉 [Fig 2 Magic]
 80g 砂糖
 115g 凍牛油 (鹹味) [Fig 3 Lactantia]
 Group B
 1 (55g) 雞蛋
 200ml 凍牛奶
 Group C
 1 蛋黃
 
 做法
 1. 預熱焗爐攝氏190度
 2. 將Group A 材料混合打成粉狀
 3. 加入Group B 材料攪勻成麵糰
 4. 將麵糰切割成2-3寸闊小麵團
 5. 掃上蛋漿,用攝氏185度,焗20分鐘

 80g Sugar
 115g Cold soft butter (salted) [Fig 3 Lactantia]
 Group B
 1 (55g) large egg
 200ml Cold milk
 Group C
 1  Egg yolk
 
 Steps
 1. Preheat oven with 190 degree Celsius
 2. Mix Group A  ingredient into dusty form
 3. Add in Group B ingredient and mix into a dough
 4. Cut the dough into 2-3 inch wide
 5. Egg wash the dough, bake with 185 degree Celsius for 20 mins
